A  digipak is a special style of packaging for CD albums, digipaks normally have a 2 or 3 panels in a book style. The digipak is normally made from cardboard or a hard stock outer which normally would hold one or 2 cd/dvd disks. The front of the digipak typically has a logo or symbol that represents the artist but in most cases they involve a picture of the artist. Artist normally have a running theme throughout they're digipaks which either give a message or tell a story, Also the main hit single on the album sometimes has the same theme as the digipak. Digipaks benefit not just the artist as it brings attention to them but also promotes their music and fans may feel a sense of loyalty by purchasing a hard copy digipak.
